Adam joined Graphene Legal in January 2024 as a solicitor specialising in real estate acquisitions and refinances of buy to let properties.

Adam’s wider commercial property experience involves preparing leases on behalf of landlords, advising business tenants entering into leases, and managing plot sales for development sites.

In addition to commercial property, Adam has experience advising on everyday residential property matters. This includes advising private clients on purchases of long leasehold apartments, acting on plot purchases as part of new build developments, and dealing with the redemption of help to buy mortgages.
