Ashley joined the firm in May 2021 as a trainee solicitor specialising in real estate finance and is due to qualify in November 2022.

As well as running his own bridging and development finance matters under supervision, Ashley further assists with plot sales, litigation, and debt recovery matters under supervision.

Ashley has over 2 and half years of experience in the real estate finance sector, 12 months as a trainee solicitor at Graphene, and over one and a half years as a paralegal at Fieldfisher LLP. Ashley has acted for peer-to-peer lenders and other specialist lending institutions. This experience covers commercial, residential, and development work in both the regulated and unregulated mortgage sectors.

Ashley has wider real estate transactional experience after providing paralegal services at Addleshaw Goddard LLP for 18 months.
