He has successfully managed transactions requiring completion within just 24 hours, demonstrating his ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timescales.

Euan also has experience in handling complex property finance transactions, drawing on his technical knowledge and practical understanding of the commercial requirements involved. He has been instrumental in progressing and completing transactions valued at up to £15 million, requiring communication and a clear understanding of the priorities of all parties involved.
