After studying law at Sheffield Hallam University, Euan graduated in 2020 and has been working in the legal profession since. He now has over 2 years of experience in Property Law and the Real Estate Finance, providing an excellent standard of work in an efficient manner.
Euan joined Graphene Legal in January 2022 after working in a few different areas of law. He manages his own files and has experience in a wide variety of Property and Property Finance transactions. The likes of which incorporate residential, by-to-let and bridging finance.
Euan’s career highlights, to date, include:
- Acting on a £1.1 million bridging loan facility to fund the development of a property.
- Completing multiple bridging loan facilities within a very short timeframe. The most recent being a facility of £150,000 to purchase a commercial property which completed within 24 hours of Euan receiving first correspondence from the borrower’s solicitor.
- Acting on a £1.5 million bridging loan facility to extend a current facility.
