With 5 years’ experience in the sector dealing with a variety of lending organisations ranging from one of the largest specialist lenders in the country to more boutique bridging lenders. Jamie works closely with his clients to ensure that his expertise and experience can contribute to the provision of both efficient and exceptional service. Jamie excels in advising on a wide range of transactions particularly those with added complexity including dealing with transactions including a multitude of properties, complex company structures or dealing with time pressured transactions.

His current specialisation is acting for lenders on bridging and development finance transactions, which include dealing with extensive profile of real estate assets and complexities, including corporate entities based globally offshore & trusts.
