With over 6 years of experience in the real estate finance sector, Ashley boats a unique and specialised understanding of the real estate finance sector and currently overseas our Recoveries Department. In doing so, Ashley deals with distressed asset sales acting on behalf of mortgagees in possession, receivers, and administrators. This includes both private treaty and auction sales.

Ashley also manages large portfolio sales, examples include an auction sale of 14 properties, and a separate auction sale of 26 properties.

Prior to joining Our Recoveries Department, Ashley ran his own bridging and development finance matters and assisted with plot sales, litigation, and debt recovery matters. Ashley has acted for receivers, administrators, peer-to-peer lenders, and other specialist lending institutions. This experience covers commercial, residential, and development work in both the regulated and unregulated mortgage sectors.
