Emma joined Graphene Legal in February 2025 having come from a firm which specialised in high value residential property work across the Manchester, London and Cheshire market. She has years of experience across all elements of residential property including new builds, properties subject to shared ownership schemes, high rise leasehold flats, unregistered land and matters under time constraints. Since joining Graphene, Emma has broadened her experience into real estate finance, representing a specialist lender on corporate buy-to-let and bridging transactions while continuing her residential property work. She has developed a strong passion for the sector, drawn to its pace and the complexity of transactions.

 Emma is committed to building strong working relationships with lenders, borrower clients and brokers, providing a tailored and proactive service to all parties involved. Recent highlights of her work include completing a loan on a newbuild shared ownership property within a week of instruction.

 Emma is currently studying the Solicitors Qualifying Exam to fulfil her long-term goal to qualify as a solicitor and hopes to do so within the real estate finance sector at Graphene Legal.
