Kieran Egan joined the practice in September 2026 as Practice Director, bringing over 15 years’ experience within the legal sector and a strong background in law firm operations, practice management and business development.

Prior to joining the practice, Kieran held senior and management positions with Slater and Gordon, Adkirk Law, Beyond Law and most recently Practice Manager at Hewitson & Harker, gaining extensive experience across residential conveyancing, legal operations, client services and the management of legal teams.

Kieran has particular expertise in client onboarding, quoting processes, case management systems, workflow optimisation and the development of efficient and compliant procedures. He has also worked extensively with legal technology and operational systems, helping firms improve processes, management information and the overall client journey.

A key area of Kieran’s experience is risk and compliance, including source of funds and source of wealth assessments, client due diligence and AML procedures. This includes experience dealing with more complex funding structures and cryptocurrency-related transactions, ensuring appropriate evidence and risk-based assessments are undertaken.

As Practice Director, Kieran is responsible for supporting the strategic and operational development of the practice, working closely with the legal and support teams to enhance efficiency, maintain robust risk management standards and deliver a consistently high level of client service. Kieran combines extensive practical experience within the legal sector with a commercially focused and client-led approach, supporting the continued growth, development and professional standards of the practice.
