Nicholas qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Graphene Legal at the beginning of 2024. He continues to advise lenders on development, bridging, and portfolio buy‑to‑let transactions, as well as acting for receivers. Alongside this work, Nicholas leads the firm’s initiatives on automating legal documents and processes, and oversees the integration of AI solutions across the business. He draws on extensive experience to implement practical, streamlined systems that enhance efficiency throughout the firm.

Before joining Graphene Legal, Nicholas worked at several large law firms and also gained valuable in‑house experience, giving him a broad understanding of both private practice and corporate legal environments.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys days out with his young family, cooking, amateur photography, going to the gym, and following his football and rugby union teams; Manchester United and Leicester Tigers.
